Oak Place Partners is a woman-founded and owned private real estate investment  firm based in Napa, California and Bozeman, Montana.  The primary principals have over 50 combined years of real estate investment and development experience in varied asset types including residential, industrial, office and retail.  Oak Place Partners is active in real estate development and investment in targeted markets across the country.

The investment management arm of Oak Place Partners sources and manages value-add and opportunistic real estate investments, driving value and mitigating risk for investors. Oak Place Partners focuses on infill markets and takes a hands-on approach to managing returns, be it in the entitlement phase, re-positioning of the asset, construction management, or key leasing challenges and tenant relations.
